Cardio Agility HIIT

(High-Intensity Interval Training) This fast-paced cardio circuit training is combined with Plyometrics it will get your heart rate pumping in no time! In this session expect to focus on improving your athletic ability while making yourself injury proof. Exercises such as jump hurdles, box jumps, ladder drills, sprints and cone drills to increase your performance will be shown in this 45 minute bodyweight and lightweight class.

Womens Only Workshop

This class is designed for women empowerment and for women to have a community to workout together as well helping each other build. Not only are we working out we are also going to have a couple outings a month. Let’s get fit and help each other ladies!

Adult Maát Fit

Some people are afraid of making contact while boxing. So we’ve designed a boxing fitness class that gives you the training of a boxer with the use of heavy bags and mitts. This is a combination of mitt-work and body conditioning training. You will sharpen your boxing skills by learning proper head and foot movements, striking, and to defend. All of this will build lung capacity and develop breathing patterns, as well as maintain an increased heart rate to promote calorie burn.

Kids Maát (Cubs)

Our kids boxing class is the perfect introduction to boxing fundamentals for 6-14 years old. It covers proper stance, jabs, right/left crosses, hooks, basic footwork and movement. Each class will also consist of conditioning for both the physical and mental aspects of the sport of boxing.
